Showing off a body that seems to be toned down to every last inch, 30-year-old "Seven Days" singer Craig David was spotted on Miami Beach working out with his trainer.
The duo went through an extreme work-out which involved jogging in specially-designed shoes.
Hmmm.....I smell a workout DVD coming soon. Not mad at that.
