Prince Harry was welcomed to Brazil last night with a gala! He threw on a suit to meet with dignitaries in Rio as part of an event in coordination with the UK's GREAT promotional campaign, which Victoria Beckham and Anna Wintour launched in NYC last month. This morning, Harry played volleyball on Flamengo Beach along with some youngsters. He's the only British royal currently in Rio, but Harry's family may have felt near thanks to the Prince William, Queen Elizabeth, and Prince Charles masks donned by some onlookers. Harry got into the spirit himself, reportedly wearing William's mask when doing a charity run in the afternoon. Harry and William love to keep up their sibling rivalry, and the younger prince took one further, good-natured dig today. During a speech, Harry said it's best William skipped out on the South American tour. Harry said of William, "Everything about Rio makes you want to dance. I'm just so thankful that my brother isn't here because he might actually do it . . . and that would not be cool."
