In a new interview, that goes against everything the Kardashian camp has been claiming, William Humphries tells "Life & Style" that his son Kris was indeed "blindsided" by the divorce. Meanwhile, Kim K. just arrid on set at The Marriage Counselor. Deets inside....
In a new interview with "Life & Style" magazine, Kris Humphries father, William (shown above with wife Debra) tells the magazine that Kris was not aware his wife was leaving him.
“There was never a discussion about it — it just came out of nowhere and blindsided Kris. How could someone do that? Kris was completely surprised. The news was already published before he found out!”
Ouch....it must be painful to watch your life change right before your eyes....and you be the last to know. So how is Kris dealing with it? His father says:
“He’s hurting, but we’re here for him. It’s nice that he’s here [in Minnesota] with family during this time.”
And it seems that Kris and Kim aren't doing much talking these days, without the help of lawyers.
“Kris told me that Kim was texting him a lot, but he wouldn’t respond. They did speak briefly the day the split was announced — but only because Kim was apparently pissed that Kris had released his own statement.”
“It’s not a nice situation. No matter how you look at it, he’s going through a divorce.”
And as far as them getting back together, it's clearly not going to happen as a source recently told TMZ, that although Kim is conflicted, she knows that divorce is the best thing for them.
